DUA'A TO BE PRAYING BETWEEN FOUR RAK'AATS OF SALATUL TARAWEEH

⭕Today's Question no. 1024 ⭕

Dua prayed between every four rak'aat of taraweeh, is it mentioned in Hadith?

🔵Answer🔵

The dua'a prayed in between every four rak'aat of taraweeh has various wording in several Hadith, however some of these are weak Hadith. The complete dua'a is not exact in any Hadith.

And to pray dua after every four rak'aat of taraweeh had not been found in any Hadith.

This dua'a is mentioned by Allamah ibne Aabedeen in his book, shami. According to Hanafiyah, it is mentioned three things. Pray tasbeeh (prayer beads), or hamd (bless Allah swt), or sit quite and wait for the next rak'aat.

📕MARGUBUL FATAWA 3/429

In above mentioned, ulamma e dewband have mentioned that it is best to perform ziqr. However, this practice has been disappearing.

Sine Mustahab practice has been treated like wajib and compulsory, fuqhaa (scholars of deen) have said to let go of such things. certain places it is practiced praying loud, posters has been stuck at the place of Qiblah and posters, cards ate distributed.

The dua'a can be prayed during taraweeh, but other dua'a can also be prayed with greater rewards.

Example: Subhan allahi wal hamduliallahi wala ilaha illalahu wallahu akbar

To pray this instead of the dua, is mentioned by Hazrat Moulana Rashid Ahmaf Gangohi raatullahi alayhi, and is confirmation with saheeh Ahadees hence greater recommendation.

📘FATAWA DARUL ULOOM DEWBAND 4/246

When Hazrat hakeemul ummat Thanwi rahmatullahi alayhi was asked what he prayed in between every four rak'aat of taraweeh, he has said to inform that he prayed Durood shareef 25 times.

That is, should pray witr with jamaat and later pray the missed salatul taraweeh. The salatul witr should be prayed with jamaat.

ZAKAT ON INSURANACE AMOUNT

⭕Today's Question no. 1012⭕

Is it compulsorygh to calculate zakat on shop, car and life insurance amount?

🔵Answer🔵

The amount invested in shop, business and car insurance is not sure to be getting returned, therefore zakat is not compulsory on it. However, in case of life insurance, but amount will surely be returned along with interest. Therefore, after receiving the exact amount you have been investing, one has to calculate zakat for all the years one has been depositing the amount (one can calculate every year and keep it handy) and the extra amount received is haraam and interest and therefore no zakaat to be calculated on it.

WHEN AND HOW MANY FASTS

How many fasts are to be observed foe Shabe Barat? And offering prayers should be done when and on what day?

🔵Answer🔵

In the month of Sha'ban Prophet Muhammed sallahu alayhi wasallam used to fast consistently and when inquired about it said that our deaths are destined during the nights and I find it better to be fasting when it is being decided. (AL HADEES)
Normally, every month fasting on 13,14,15 (ayyame beez) is sunnah, however if you wish so, you can fast the whole of month or one can also fast on the day of Shabe barat or the next day.
In India, 11th of May, Thursday, the entire night from Maghrib till sunrise, one should pray as much as one can and should fast of 12th of May ie Friday. Fasting for one day is enough unlike two fasts during Aashurah.
